He created Discount Storage back in 2017 as a means to store your valuables, as he believes each item worth storing has a precious memory attached to it. David is very active in his stores’ operations and aims to support the communities he builds in.

The duration of each discount varies by location. To better determine how long a special is valid for, look at the checkout page. It will itemize each charge, display your next month's rent, and rate for the upcoming months. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Once your discount is over, you will most likely be set at board rate. The board rate for each particular size depends on several factors, such as supply & demand, competition, and ongoing economy.
Our on-site managers will work with you to get the best pricing available on your unit. While we don't offer overall payment arrangements, arrangements between the tenant and the manager may be made on an individual basis. Some locations allow for pay multiplt months up front for a better overall rate. Contact us today to discuss.
Late fees occur if we haven't receieved your payment within 5 days of your due date. After 5 days, you will be charged $3 per day until payment is made, and your past-due account is current.
We offer many ways to pay your bill. You can login to your account to pay through the online portal, in-person, or over the phone. Some locations are equipped with a self-service kiosk to pay your bill completely contactless.
